Anybody have any of the 1/24th WC hood open cars? I havn't seen any, and was curious what they looked like. If you could post some pics so I could see em', that would be really great!

I have seen them but didn't but any of them. I didn't particulalry want t the Jr. car since it was the generic DEI logo instead of the Bud logo. Here's one from Ebay:

The same seller also has a couple of other ones too, and he's also got the WC Black Bud from last year and it's going for $50!!!

Looks to me like they just took Pit Stop cars and started calling them Winners Circle cars. That's cool, since they are higher detail.
I wish they would go back to the old WC packaging. The bubble top that was removable so you could take them out and put them back in w/o messing up the package. I guess ya can't have everything huh?

Those must be the Target cars. I have seen several here at the local Wal-Marts around and not see the first Hood open. Plus the ones AT Wal-Mart has the Bud Logo's on them.

Target is the only place to get the Hood Open 1/24's that I have heard of.

I had a 1/24 DOD and choked at the $30 price point, still bought it. Found the Hero's pallet display at WM a few days later, pulled a Nick and took the HO WC 1/24 back to Target. The conspiracy theory in me says these are Club Cars from 2006 caught in the mfg pipeline and MA looking for a way to blow these out. It would be interesting to see if someone bought one of these and compared it to a Club Car from last year to check the difference. I don't collect Club Cars.

I'm sure the bodies are, as they are the same whether they are c/w/b, Club Cars, or these, but the tale would be told by the chassis. If it's metal, then it's a club car, if not, it's a winners Circle w/the cc body.

And I am still sitting here looking for the Stars & stripes DEI logo car. I picked up the Camo car at Target for the RIP OFF PRICE OF $29.99, considering the Wal-Mart price for the realistic car is 19.99!!!!
