I need to get the Rahal car. I think Greenlight is also re-releasing Dan Wheldon's 2011 Indy 500 Win car. Ships in June.

I hope that Greenlight does Sebastien Bourdais`s car, that black and gold Lotus is the best looking car in the field.

Those look very different from the Indycar I have seen in the past, they certainly have changed the concept of the cars after Dan Wheldon's life-ending wreck at the Indycar World Championship at Las Vegas.

Quote from a diecast dealer in the Indianapolis area, "the speedway sells them like stale bread after the season is over". I did not buy a 1/18th car at the 500 for the first time in years that they were available. I learned my lesson, again, last year. Marco's car not found in 1/18th.

I'm not really sure how I feel about the new Indy car design (though after attending 2 races this season so far, it is growing on me) but if it makes it safer as to avoid another death, I am all for it.

As for the Marco car not being made in 1:18 scale, I was very disappointed. Though I've been a fan of diecasts since I was a kid, I only just started collecting when my sister gave me the Dan Sheldon William Rast car for Christmas. Since then I have grown my collection to 11 Indy cars. I know that's small compared to mostly everyone on here, but I'm working on it :)

The display picture doesn't include the Lionheart tribute car.

The re-release Dan Wheldon is very nice, similar to the first car and its packaging. The only real noticeable difference is no driver figure (and significantly cheaper)

I still have not gotten the re-release. I do plan on it.

I wish the original release would have been a "raced" version as originally planned.
