Selling for 50 and up on eBay after originally be sold for 24.99 + shipping? I'd say that's a good investment. I could see these prices going up in the future. Heck, they already have a bit.

They're going for more than retail right now because people don't know they can get them right from the source. Speculators are taking advantage of that. Do you think that anyone would pay $50 on Ebay if they knew they could buy them for $25 directly from Cooper? I bought two. The reason I bought two was because I bought two Kevin Harvick Camping World trucks a few years ago and when I got them, one of the boxes was damaged. In addition, if I decide to display one out of the box, it leaves me one MIB for my collection.

Of course, if you want to make $25-$30, but some extras and throw them on Ebay. Seems to be the thing to do.

My honest opinion with 1200 made it will probably take a while to sell out, however with it being one of just a few Dodge Trucks I see them selling some to people to make customs.

I know I bought a few for our store and put them out in our retail store at $39.99 figuring that anyone who buys 1 from cooper and pays shipping is going to have 35ish in the truck so our price of 39.99 doesn't seem so far out of line.

I did get lucky and sell two on ebay at $60 each shipped though.

If you like the truck its definitely worth buying.

The price for me from Cooper was $40 shipped. Scott was nice enough to buy some and offer them to members who would have had to pay excessive shipping for cost plus shipping. He also sold a couple on Ebay (but he's a dealer so why shouldn't he) and made a few bucks. Good for him-- Scott needs to stay in business because he supports this site and helps out the members. (I just want to say my comment above was not directed at you bud [MENTION=505]diecastcarsnc[/MENTION])

I paid $22 to have mine shipped, and then another $24 from the UPS guy for customs and fees. You folks in the US have NO idea how lucky you have it for shipping compared to up here in Canada.

If possible it is always better to have two cars shipped at once in the same box.You can expect UPS will be raising there surcharge anytime due to the riseing fuel costs.
