I noticed the Dollar sign on the passenger window, and a orange dot on the front windshield. Can anyone tell me whats that about and if its rare/Vaulable?

Its just like the Burton RC produced in 1998 with the red dot and the red #s. No Bull scheme.

There is nothing special about it, these are just called special schemes, other then thier regular schemes, from 1997 to 2002 Nascar did a special " No Bull 5, where five drivers competed in 5 races that year and the winner of each race won a million dollars, So they made a diecast of Dale for his win. The orange sticker, dollar sign and red numbers on roof and spoiler let you know which 5 drivers was going for the win. Not forsure which brand you have but either Winner's Circle or Action, it is probably a common either way and not worth much specially out of the package. hope this helps
