Montoya's certainly got a lot of practice of hitting people this year! lol. Finally he's at a track where it's acceptable. I think it'll be a good race. I just hope Ward Burton and Hamlin can avoid those pitroad violations and stay out of trouble. I would LOVE for Ward to get a top 10. Kind of a long shot, but a lead-lap finish wouldn't be too bad.

Man I love plate racing. The underdogs usually perform well. Nice to see Green and Marlin running up front. Not a bad run so far for Kenny Wallace either. No cautions yet is even better! Bah I jinxed it. What a shock a debris caution and the free pass is Guess Who? TONY STEWART!

No hand signal by Mears so how the hell was he supposed to know he's pitting? See JJs spotter didn't even know Mears was comin down. Somewhere the message got lost and it didn't get transferred. Not JJs fault if he was unaware of Casey's intentions.

My bad for jumping all over Johnson guys, but he has just caused so many wrecks here in the past its easy to put blame on him when something happens near him.

Raines slid up into Johnson and knocked him into Rudd and that's what caused it. They showed an on-board replay from Raines' car and it shows that there was contact between him and the 48. Kyle Busch had the worst hit of all. Head on into the wall at full speed that had to hurt. Thankfully there was no grass there otherwise at least 2 of em would have been airborne. At these types of tracks if you spin I don't think there's one good way. Grass slows you down so you don't hit the wall but then you'r going airborne and if there is no grass you are not going to flip but you are going to have a hard lick on the wall.

I knew McMurray was a sitting duck since Johnson was going to follow Gordon when McMurray pulled out. I wouldn't have minded McMurray winning as it's been years since he won a race but with how they restarted he was sandwiched between the 2 Hendrick cars and he wasn't going to have help.
