I was just wondering if anyone here was from Houston, Texas. Because today I got some card that said we have 17.91 for custom fees. and I never bought anything so i dont know if anyone here is from Houston, TX that would have possibly sent me a RAOK. I dont think its hero cards because of it costing sooo much.

Id like to give a shout out to Shell/Pennzoil!

Well today we get a notice in the mail saying we have to pay $17.91. I finally figure out its from Shell... and thats Taxes and Duty.

so They must have declared them at about 100 bucks. So I find it pretty stupid that I have to pay 17.91 for 1 or 2 Hero cards. Them shipping by DHL is useless. The least they could do is ship by USPS I woulda got them quicker that way... I NEVER even got an email to say they would be shipping so I can atleast expect something. They coulda told me it woulda been shipped by DHL and since im in Canada that it would cost me a quite a bit of Cash...
