The Canadian versions were made in the late 1990's by WC. They had Not only English on the card they aslo had everything in French, ie: Winners Circle = Le Cercle Des Gagnants. I would imagine that they are going to be made the same way this year.
GM Dealers are cars only released by GM Dealers and usually have special packaging also.

Like car dealers? also, do the canadian cars show up in america?

GM dealers car are ONLY available through authorised GM parts departments. Not all dealerships are authorised.

The Canadian versions Of WC's will probably only be available in Canada as far as retailers but you will probably see a bunch show up on ebay in the US..

I have most of the Jr. & Sr. cars from 1998/1999 I just made a deal with Fishin4cars & JoKeR20 for a binch of them that were sold in a lot that were extras to me!!!
