What does canadian car mean on the wc checklist? Also, what does GM dealers car mean. Thanks!!

The Canadian versions were made in the late 1990's by WC. They had Not only English on the card they aslo had everything in French, ie: Winners Circle = Le Cercle Des Gagnants. I would imagine that they are going to be made the same way this year.
GM Dealers are cars only released by GM Dealers and usually have special packaging also.
