Trying to buy one of the bay. One person says it does the rest don't and I know they all come with a pin on a side note. If anybody knows help would be appreciated thanks.

No confetti heres some shots. Only feathers to go along with the aflac duck. Its somewhat like confetti but not spread very well on the car.
