Where can I get custom made decals for a 1/18 NASCAR? I would like to build a tribute car for my cousins that were both murdered in December in Indianapolis. Is it possible to make a picture into a decal? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It is hard to find people to do custom decals. If you are patient and give it some time you might find someone willing to do it.
