I have Dale Jr's white 1:24 Sikkens car. It does not have the sleave. I look on ebay and I noticed that some have the sleave and some don't. Did all of the Sikkens cars come with the sleave or not.

I always figured that the previous owner lost the sleeve. Nice to know some did and didn't.
