The good 'ol boys around here are already complaining that it is a conspiracy to help Toyota succeed.

so why did DJ cut his number in half? because now that he is with Michael Waltrip he only has half the chance of winning as when he was with yates
The thing that gets me is that Waltrip can't drive a car worth crap, so how is he suppose to own them?

The thing that gets me is you will cut on Waltrip but you pick Wimmer and Leitch to pull for. Who's never done crap? At least I've seen Waltrip and Dale Jarrett in the winners circle how many times have Wimmer and Leitch made to a Cup level win?? Wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit to see the double digits (44 & 55) come out of the box and win a race or two. Believe me when I tell you Between Michael and Dale you have far more experience at winning than Wimmer will ever have at racing. Who know's about Leitch? Came pretty much out of nowhere and hasn't really put on much of a show so far but very early to judge his talent level.

I wasn't ragging on DJ first of all, as I stated earlier, I hope he has a great run. I would love to see the 44 come out of the box with a win too. And don't say all this shit about "Wimmer will never win," its getting old. Because when he does, I will be laughing so hard at you. Give the guy a chance, I'm sure when Harvick got picked up by RCR you said "He won't do anything, he never won in Trucks." Also Stephen Leicht is just starting out his career, and I can tell you now he will make it to Cup and when he does he will win some races, not saying he will be the next Jeff Gordon or anything, but he will win a few races. I pick on Waltrip because it took the guy nearly 18 years or something to win a frickin race, and he could only win in DEI cars at superspeedways, and everyone thinks he is something amazing. I guess the other thing you forgot is that I root for Kahne in Cup, and he got more wins last year than Waltrip will ever have in his career.

I'd love to see DJ, Vickers, Mayfield, or Blaney bust out a win for Toyota, I just don't think anyone there has a chance accept for BDR. I'd be willing to bet in a few years Penske will move to Yota and so will Ganassi. Ganassi and Penske ran toyotas in Indy car for a long time

First of all Daytona 500 > Orbitz 300, Hey its nice to see Scott to have a nice ride, but sadly its the Busch Series and its only part time.

Second of all lets look at DEI for a moment, who drives for DEI oh yeah NASCAR's MPD Dale Earnhardt, Jr., so he is always going to get the good cars in this deal. Hmmm.

Just look at it like this:
Dale Jr. is to Micheal Schumacher as Micheal Waltrip, Martin Truex Jr. and Steve Park is to Eddie Irvine, Ruebens Barrichello and Felipe Massa.
