At least Lupton isn't getting cheated out of any races. Although, it has to be a bummer to get the team all the way out to LVMS and then not even run the race.
Dylan Lupton withdraws from Vegas race
A corrective technical glitch that would have left Lupton with no practice before his Las Vegas Motor Speedway debut in Saturday's Boyd Gaming 300, a joint decision has been made between RSS Racing and Lupton to withdraw him from competition and concentrate on next Saturday's XFINITY Series Axalta Faster. Tougher. Brighter 200 race at Phoenix International Raceway. RSS Racing and Lupton have also tentatively agreed to compete in the Apr. 8 O'Reilly Auto Parts 300 XFINITY Series race at Texas Motor Speedway to fulfill their original three race agreement announced earlier this week.(Lupton PR)
