I know this is not exactly a collectible......or is it? At least it is to me.

I was sitting here reading over the site when i heard my brother drive up. Well we have not been seeing exactly eye to eye recently, so i didnt know what he needed when he knocked on my door. well to my surprise he was on my door step with a race used tire. i have wanted one of these for a while and needless to say the misses has said "No" on several occasions. she told me that when i went to the race to not come back with a tire becasue i didnt need one and i didnt have room for it. well my brothers buddy went to the race this weekend and my brother told him to pick me up a tire without my knowledge.

so i get away with getting my tire after all.

and i found a place for it

sweet! Used tires are actually pretty cheap at the track, but like you, I had to keep saying 'no' because I didn't have the room.

i got a race used tire at dover in the 90's. kept it for about 6 years, and then realized it was taking up 2 much space, and was kind've a pain. i ended up paying $1.50 to get a local tire dealer to take it off my hands. it was that, or be a ******* and dump it on the side of the road!

no hes in the yellow for right now. and i dont know just yet if im gonna leave it up there or if sooner or later turn it into a glass top table. actually Nikki wasnt tiff'd about it at all. she knows i got it and thats that. shes not going to make me get rid of it now that i got it.
