Hey guys, I picked up these 1:64 scale Harvick cars today, and I was hoping a Harvick fan could shed some light on what they are exactly. When I saw them, something in the back of my mind was telling me they were good pieces, and possibly promo cars, but I haven't found out anything for certain.
