Has the Harvick Bud "Label" car been up for order in the elite yet or did I miss it?

I know it was sold in 2011, but I do not believe it was reisuued as a 2012 release. The 2011 has not shipped yet.

If you're talking about this car, the Elite version is still available for pre-order in the Lionel e-shop. It's scheduled to be shipped the first of May.
