I bought this car off Ebay and it was loose without a package. Car is in mint condition. I was curious if anyone knew how this car was available? Racing Champions 5 pack,promo,etc?

I looked through the 2011 issue of Beckett racing and its not listed anywhere in the Racing Champions section. The book does not list several items but its still a nice paint scheme.

I remember in 2001 Team Caliber released this car. i think RC released this in a cereal promo by buying this from the offer on the box.

That was my guess at first. But remember those had black windows and were on generic bodies. Here is a pic of the cereal promo version. (pic from Ebay)

That's very clearly a Racing Champions car. Maybe someone bought it and opened it just for display. Or maybe it did come in one of those five packs (I miss those, they were awesome)... I once got a Joe Bessey Power Team car out of one of those years and years ago. It was cool because most of the Power Team cars that came out around then had Geoff Bodine's sig on the car but he was really badly injured at Daytona in that truck race. Sorry to go off on a tangent lol
