As a Canadian I can't do business with the American Red Cross, I've tried. No matter how much I've bled/bleed over here it doesn't get me anywhere with the ARC :)

If there is an American with a handful of reward points who would be willing to use them on my behalf I would be more than happy to compensate you for the effort.

Drop me a PM if you're in this category because I'd rather give you my money than to wait and spend it on eBay.

I appreciate the thought ronmcc ... I can (and do) donate up here, I'm hoping someone already has some points :) I hate the thought of someone giving a pint just to help hook me up ha!

Steve Blood is always needed it seems and the more the Drs hand out the blood thinners it decreases the donors. How many points per pint?Points per car?
ronmcc The point structure is as follows, I'd need someone with 1,400 points to help me out.

How can you get points?
You can get points in three (3) ways:

Registering for Red Cross Racing
Reporting your blood donation activity online
Referring friends to the program using the Referrals link
Each new participant will receive 250 registration bonus points after successfully reporting blood donation activity on the Red Cross Racing website.

The point structure is as follows:

Red Cell (Whole Blood) - 500 points per donation
Double Red Cell (Red Cell pts x2) - 1,000 points per donation
Platelets - 250 points per donation

dgrove I certainly appreciate that Dave, but as I dig a little more into this, it looks like they're winding up the Red Cross Racing bonus program, and donations had to be reported before Feb 29, 2012 ... so that means someone will have to already have the points.

Still, wow. Thanks for the offer man.

After 4 years, we

For those looking for more details, see this link

I have contacted them directly asking about any alternate means of acquiring one. I'm only interested in the 1/87 so the 1/24 could stay with you or find a home with another fan.
