It's been a long two weeks. Brandy went to the hospital laboring at 33 weeks but was given some IV meds to stop the contractions. They planned on keeping her in there until 35 weeks which would have been Monday. Kyla...being impatient like her daddy was ready to be free and couldn't wait that long and Brandy went into labor and had to have a c-section Sunday evening 8/5/2007. Kyla weighed in at 5lbs. 15oz. but had some lung issues so had to be transported to another hospital. She's doing fine now and may get to come home as early as tomorrow evening. Me and Brandy just got home so I'm having to tend to her as well as have to tend to Kyla when she gets here. I just wanted to share the good news with everyone and a few pics I took today...

Congrats Franklin, like i said before soak it all up while you can. I have a 12 year old and a 9 month old and they just dont stay small enough, long enough. It seems like just yesterday they were both born.

congrats racer. my little one (who will turn 4 in sept.) was an early bird as well. she was supposed to be a Halloween baby but was born 20 sept. we already had my GF's baby shower set for the 21st of sept so i guess my little one decided she didn't want to miss it. :rofl:
