I believe it is from the Cup #88 but it could also be from the Truck. I know on the tires they either use a Red, White, Blue and Yellow on the different series I think for cup they use either Yellow or Red which this is, for Nationwide they use White and for the Truck series I believe they use Blue. I'm pretty sure it's from the Cup car though. Still a nice piece to add to any body's collection no matter who's number is on the side. I can tell you that shipping is probably fairly accurate. It won't be cheap to ship it.
Well I guess I answered my own question. Here is a picture of his car from the Coke Zero 400 race July 3 2010. I now think most, if not all drivers used the Support Our Troops tire.

The tire in the auction was at a Goodyear tire store. The person that is selling it was given the tire from a friend that worked at the tire store.
