Just won this car over on Ebay . Seller said he has NO BOX for it , but that is fine with me since i take mine out of the box as it is . I got a good deal on this car , im pretty sure !

How can the seller advertise this car as "NEW" when he doesn't have a box? That pic looks like it has spots on the finish....or what finish is this?

I think its the chrome finish .. but i thought that the spots might have been like a coating of DUST from being on display . I dont know , find out when i get it . But either way , the price i paid for it ... it shouldnt matter all that much .
