Dale Earnhardt Jr. said Friday that he probably will put Brad Keselowski in his No. 88 Chevrolet Busch car for three races, starting next weekend at Chicagoland Speedway.

Keselowski would race at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill., on July 14, Gateway International at Madison, Ill., on July 21 and O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis on July 28.

Keselowski, 23, has competed in 13 Busch races this season. His best finish was 24th at Dover.

Earnhardt said he is looking to put a road-racing specialist in the JR Motorsports entry for the inaugural road course event at Montreal on Aug. 4.

JR Motorsports released Shane Huffman from his duties as the driver of the No. 88 Chevy earlier this week.

I think Keselowski will do ok. The problem really wasn't Huffman, it's the equipment. JR Motorsports is no better, if not a little worse, than Brewco. Even Dale Jr. found out at Daytona that his own stuff wasn't that great. We'll see I guess. I hope he does well.

Hell finish 29th, Jr will fire him for lack of performance, and hell jump back in the seat to make everything right.

Junior knew that, the problem was Huffman was not keeping the car out of trouble, he was pushing too much. Junior told him isn't doesn't matter where you finish I just want the car back in one piece, New Hampshire showed that he wasn't capable of doing that.

We'll dang if that's what Jr. wants I wonder if he will let me drive it for him? I can drive in the back of the field and bring it home in last place every weekend!! I don't think that Jr. is looking for an any place finisher. bringing the car home in one piece may have something to do with it. You can't win much money in Busch if you are totalling out a $100,000+ car every weekend!!!

Congrats to Keselowski on a respectable finish. With 25 Cup drivers in the field, to finish in the top 20 and on the lead lap is an accomplishment. I thought this would be his most challenging race because of all the Cup guys. Maybe he'll be even better in the next two races.

I've been praising Kelselowki since he ran decent in the 02 truck. I'm so happy he can finally prove his talents in a decent Busch car. It's not the best car, but its a far cry from KCR.
