Well, our local Wally World here has started stocking McFarlanes again after a few month absence. They actually had some Series 14 NFL figures around Christmas time. They had some of the latest NBA series last month. Now they have the new Cooperstown Series 4 Baseball Legends. For some odd reason they have about 5 full pegs of nothing but Ozzie Smith figures. I saw 1 Steve Carlton figure, 1 Roger Maris (damaged), 1 Ted Williams, about 4 Johnny Bench, and 3 Joe Dimaggio. What is up with so many Ozzie figures? Anybody know? I don't believe that McFarlane packs full cases of the same figure for retail distribution (or any distribution for that matter). It just seemed odd to me to have so many of the same figure.
