Tony Stewart will be on the cover this year. they are already complaining on the boards about tony being on the cover again. saying that they though they were only going to put a driver on a cover once. but if i remember right i knoe gordon has been on 2 covers and i think ,but not sure, jr has been on 2 covers.

well i sat out the last two nascar games released by ea, looks like this year im gonna have to get me one for the next gen consoles, would really like to see one for the wii as well.

I will try it for the 360, but if it's not good I will stick to NR2003 for the PC. It's the best there is.

I am telling you guys, if you really like NASCAR games you need to get Nascar 2003 Season for the PC. I know it costs more than any other game you probably have ever bought but it is so good. We also have a racing league on this site with a few guys, the game is worth what is costs if you enjoy racing games. There are so many add ons and everything for it it is just totally amazing.

How much is 2003?

I have every console based NASCAR game since 1994ish (Remember Kyle Petty's No Fear Racing and the ESPN game on SNES?)

I've never done computer gaming too much but I hear that game is really good....

I gotta warn you though, if I join your league, ever, I am a wild man...My theory is that if I wreck every other car I am sure to win...It doesn't usually work, but it's fun! (Fact, if I should go a lap down in a game, I turn my car around and aim for the leader head on)

Bummer that this one is not listed for the regular Xbox. I don't plan to ever get any new systems (I rarely play Xbox now and I havn't played PS2 in over a year) and I guess I'll be done with new games when the systems I have are fully dropped from support.

Billy, if you are looking to get NR2003 be prepared to throw down in the neighborhood of $100. That is what the going rate is for the game.

I have always wanted to get NR2003 and play online w/my PC. If for no other reason than to be able to create my own paint schemes. But it seems like it is a cult everywhere. If you don't know the secret password, or donate your first born son, no one will give out any information on how to get started or how to do anything. I even picked up a wheel and pedal set, but I couldn't even get any info on how to set the darn thing up cause it was used and came with no instructions. I raced online w/the X-Box 360 and it was alot of fun for awhile, but there was always the kids that would crash on purpose and I was serious so it frustrated me enough that I quit and gave the 360 to my kid, so he could link his to mine and play in series.
If anybody wants to help an old fart get started, lmk and I will go pick up a version of NR2003.

I'm on XP as well plus I play on a laptop and it's fine for me. Although when I'm at home over the summer and playing it glitches periodically due to me being on a wireless internet connection at home which takes a crap every now and then but graphic wise it's perfect. That's the beauty of PC games. They can always make new patches for it to make it work with the newest and greatest computers.

Harvick or Johnson should have been on the cover in my opinion.

Harvick has already been on a cover and Johnson was on the cover with Gordon when total team control was introduced. Jr. has only been on the cover once so far. There are enough stars where they could put someone new on the cover every year I think.

yep even if it is just an unlockable code, that would be pretty cool, but it probably wont happen due to copy right issues.

I dunno if I am going to get 08. I want it but I know there is like a 0% chance of them including Jeremy in the game. They have left him out once and with all the problems with 360 I know they will again. Heck, Carl Edwards got left out last yea and from what I heard he hasnt showed up in screenshots this year either.

I am gonna get it for sure, I think the reason Jeremy got left out is because he missed the shoot to be on the cover, not 100% sure but that is what I read.
