Even better. Instead of just changing package sizes and styles every year, lets randomly do it just whenever we feel like it.

Why do they insist on making EVERY car hang on something? Do they honestly think every collector wants to hang 50 cars on their walls? Not everyone wants to emulate walmart in their home as a decorating theme.

Pathetic.

I am so tired of being disappointed with their decisions, this may just do it for me collecting.

My only hope is that this is some kind of promo relase. I have seen them in the past. I cannot tell if this is the new COT release, or a re-release of the regular 07 car.

Those are the AP versions. I've seen them at flea markets and drug stores and the mr.z's by me.

If you look up at the right top corner of the package, it says PIT STOP.

ahh yes but remember when it used to be action not M/A It would say action performance when in reality it wasn't. also the packaging was the same. I've seen it all too often. They do these cars every year.

They do not do them every year, but they are certainly not uncommon.
2003 is the last one I have seen.

Has anyone actually laid eyes on this one? If it were just another version of the new 2007 Flame car then we are alright.
If it is the COT then we might be in trouble as that is the next PitStop slated for release and might indicate a change of packaging direction.

Looks like these are re-runs from last year.
Notice the only difference here is the new PitStop logo at the top replaces the old MA.
I doubt these new ones are new at all.

Blacker, Hope this doesn't make matters worse but this is a 2007 that I picked up at Bristol. I haven't seen any of the boxed versions so far but for your sake I hope they do release them in the boxes. I prefer to hang but as I can see you would prefer the boxes for Gordon.

That actually makes things better. That is not a COT, the next scheduled release, which means this is just another way to package the already released 2007 regular car.
