How does one get started in SIM racing? What game is used? Where can I get it? HELP!!! ???

We use NR2003. It is pretty expensive and anout the only place you will find it is on Ebay.

In English terms, we race Nascar Racing 2003 Season made by Sierra/Papyrus for the PC. It is pretty hefty in price for a video game but well worth it. We have a race league here if you get the game and are interested.
