the NFL draft provided a boom for recruiting in the sec and of all places.......the acc.

11 of the first 31 picks were from the sec
and odd as all to me being from acc football country...........6 first round picks from the acc.

so 19 first round picks from 2 conferences. this will help their recruitment alot.

eh, it goes in spurts. i remember when the BIG 8 was the conference that kicked everyones butt. of course now that they have merged and now become the BIG 12, seems only OU and Texas are the ones that come out of that conference now. back when it was the BIG 8, Nebraska and Colorado were good as well.
