According to this article, Pastor Maldonado is talking to Ed Carpenter Racing about driving the road / street course portion of this year's IndyCar Schedule.
I'm all for it. I know some (most) people don't like Pastor, but he isn't as bad as his reputation suggests. Plus, it will likely allow Carpenter to keep the #20 team going full-time, as it had been planned as just a partial season entry with Carpenter driving the ovals this year.
