I can't seem to win with this car. I purchased and received the 2009 Brad Keselowski Talladega Win.

RARE BRAD KESELOWSKI 1/24 AUTOGRAPHED MICCOSUKEE RACED VERSION WINNER | eBay

I received the car today, which included the race win card, but not the pin.

I'm really one for having a complete car, as I like to display everything together. Especially for the cost, and the seller not saying it didn't include it in the description

I've emailed the seller, and await their response, but I'm not sure what to do with this depending on their response.

What would you do?

Jason it's funny you post this now, because I just got done with a similar transaction. I purchased a Brad K NAVY Nashville Win 1/24 back in December for Christmas, and it came without the card. I am also one for having the whole set. I tryed to contact the seller over and over on Ebay to see if they could find it, because in their item description they never said the card was missing. The seller never responded, and I contacted Ebay Customer Support about the issue to see if I could get a very partial refund for the card, or if Ebay Customer Support could contact the seller themselves, but Ebay said all they could do was have me send everything back to the seller and they would give me a full refund. I just decided to keep the diecast, because I got it for $55 shipped which is a pretty good deal for that car anyway, but just the point of it still kinda bugs me. Good luck with your situation though Jason, but if the seller can't do anything for you, the only other thing you can do is to send the whole thing back for a full refund.

I've had that happen when I went to Jr Motorsports and bought the Jr Wrangler race win and it didn't come with a card. But they lady was nice and told me to open another one and there it was! I think just the manufactures mistake?

Still a nice car, but I bet the chances of getting a pin without car anywhere are less then slim, right?

I don´t think Lionel will have spare pins and cards. Normally in such situations manufacturers order the amount of those based on the amount of cars made. It´s still worth a try contacting them but don´t get your hopes up.

Personally I would keep the car, even if the seller doesn´t respond. Can´t you get one of these track pins instead? The ones they release for the race itself rather then for the diecast?

I know it´s a different pin, but I think I would even appreciate that more then the pin that came with the car. It would be a bit like collecting stuff for a nice display yourself rather then relying on the diecast manufacturer to dictate what you should display with the car. Make sure to get a set of lugnuts to go with that though

Good luck on whichever road you choose to solve this problem. It really will make a great add to your collection either way.
