The Rams made a pair of significant moves to bolster both sides of the ball on Thursday, agreeing to terms with tight end Randy McMichael to a three-year contract and safety Todd Johnson to a four-year deal.

The addition of McMichael gives the Rams yet another big target in the passing game to pair with recently signed receiver Drew Bennett.

good pickups geeb. i'm sure your happy. but you got to get some defense. i saw my broncos fall with a defensive collapse last year. and the ravens, well, they had the defense, but couldn't score any points.

hey im loving it, all the teams in the afc east are losing key offensive players, mcGahee from the bills, mchmichael for the dolphs, this is gonna make the jets d look real good this year if anything.
