I have if you are interested. I am not sure if it is a 2003 or 2004 Kodac .I bought it when I had the opportunity to meet him.It has a card that he autographed with it. It comes in a package that pops open and than you can reseal it.

Ron--Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure about it. Diecastregistry.com showed it in their database but only with the mock up picture from RCCA...
