ugh!i hate greedy ebayers!!bid on a 1/24 tony stewart 2001 test elite-was highest bidder but it did not meet the reserve price.so the guy sends me a second chance offer saying my bid was close to the reserve and if i want it it's mine.so i pay thru paypal(all was done thru ebay and paypal)now the a-hole sends me an email saying it was supposed to be relisted but for "some reason" it was offered as a second chance to everyone who bid on it and he can't sell it but will refund my money.i never heard of that crap-i think he is so full of you know what.greedy little pig!ok thanks for letting me rant!

I tried to do that and it doesn't work. I bought some cars from someone who never shipped them. I waited 90 days and left her a negative and she was still able to leave me a negative even after the 90 days had expired. Even though I had won the dispute through Paypal, had all the proper documentation, I was stuck with the negative. (She left me a very childish feedback on top of it all and was eventually banned from Ebay after receiving about 22 negs in a three month period.) Ebay will NOT help you out in any way on this based on my experience, trust me. You run the risk of getting a negative, so the best you can do is either let it go or take your chances. Good luck.

By the way, of you want to see my feedback, my user name is the same as my name here... kspool. My negative is actually pretty funny.

kspool, Go cry to your Mommy, and you don't even know how to spell get a life.
Yea your right pretty dang funny, and pretty childish too! But they got what they deserved! Banned!!! Just to bad it was at som many others expense. You know, Ebay reall needs to have a team that looks into that type of thing. When there is an obvious Neg. warranted, You should not have to worry about a retaliation Negative in return. It people like that and the one Natalie is dealing with that does make for some bad experiences on ebay. At least the ebayer I was dealing with had a Dad that made him straighten up his deal with me. Ended up getting a sweeter deal in the long run but it doesn't end up like that very often!!!!! Good Luck smoke!!

The agreement between you and the seller is a binding contract. I think EBay should make the guy give you the item, or ban him from their site. JMO. I say give him a negative and if he gives you one in retaliation, anybody who sees them will take your side I'm sure.
