CFS. They are the only ones who made the robby gordon cars. Also you can tell that they look like the olad team caliber cars. They never had full decals

The Robby one has one it's just shadowed. If you look at the front of the Martin one, you can see a black rounded piece which I assume is the splitter. It's hard to see from the side angle but it appears that it's there.
