Isnt assault and CDV two different things? Did he get a CDV charge, or no? Pretty sure CDV is a felony with mandatory jail time in NC.

You're 18 and you call me a moron? I think Danica is sitting higher in points than both BK teams. In all fairness, that means Danica has an average finish higher than both teams. Take a few math classes here and there and learn about mean (averages). Also, they are not underfunded. They have plenty of funds to run a better team if they wanted.
