That is sad, so what was the drug he did?
NASCAR won't release that. They didn't on Grubb or Hmiel, just like the MLB won't say specifically what substances players get nabbed for.
Yea I remember those two. Is there a reason they wont release it?
In Baseball they don't want to use the word STEROID, in Nascar they don't want to use the word ALCOHOL!!!
It's just because of the reprocutions!!

This is not the first time for him. He was busted one other time when he was driving sprintcars. Not only was he busted for using, but for possesion and selling.
I would not be surprised to find out it was probably meth, or cocain. He is trouble. I have talked to him (or should I say tried to talk to him) several times. I worked w/a couple of WoO sprintcar teams, and he thinks his shit does not stink. Very stuck up. You guys are all correct. If you gave that opportunity to anybody else, they would be falling all over themselves to be in that postion, and some of these guys take that chance for granted. They should ban him for life. He has used up more chances than you and I are ever gonna get. Mess up once, "shame on you", mess up again, "shame on NASCAR" if they don't get rid of him.
JMO, and I stand by it!

The reason they don't release that information is the privacy act. It is against the law to reveal information like that to the General public. Actually I'm surprised they get away with even telling anyone that he is being banned because of anything that says drugs! It would be like you going to the DR. and the DR. diagnose you with something you didn't want everyone to know about. They can only give that information to a legal guardian, spouse, or another Dr. and then only with your permission unless it is life threatning. Then it can be passed to next of kin or through another medical profession for the reason of their safety or for the treatment of your direct ilness or injury.

why does this make people sad. he deserves it if he's gonna do drugs
I don't think the people are so much as sad, or feeling bad for him. I know what I meant by saying that is sad was strictly, this is bad for our sport. The publicity is bad, and it's sad we have some corrupted people in the sport. Allthough you always will, it's still sad to see it in your favorite sport. I think that's what most people meant by it being sad, was that it was a shame to see in our sport. Also see someone who can't think right, make a stupid decision. Pathetic, he deserves everything he gets.
