yes, school supplies.
you can get 4 binder notebooks, a 24 pack of crayons, and 2 bottles of 4 oz. elmers glue for a $1.00. if you got kids, a great buy. one bottle of the glue at k-mart is .98 cents. plus lots of other great deals on supplies. watch those backpacks. sometimes they will put diecast like hot wheels on them. many treasure hunts have been found the past few years i've heard.

Wal Mart is unpredictable in discounting NASCAR Die Cast. I still see old cars from WC, RC and even Hot Wheels still hanging on the pegs abet in poor condition for the regular price.

Then there were the last releases of the WC 1/24 cars that showed up in late 2006 and early 2007 that went directly to the discount shelves at half price.

I have so suspect that there is very little mark up so they feel they cannot discount them till they are two three or more older
