The site went down for "7-10 days for updates" on the 27th of December and still isn't back up. Anyone have any ideas when it wil be back?

as i said. i have no problem. but have no desire to go to that site. i also use a mac computer. maybe that matters. no windows. no viruses, etc.

I go to the site and try to click on anything and it shuts down my internet. Been trying most everyday. But, now I just look at the cars on the site (2002) and see if it's been updated before I try to click on anything.

I can go to the site, no problem, but I can't log on. I know that the site administrator disabled the site for updates, but I haven't seen any new cars added, and I was just wondering if anyone here knew Carey outside of the site and knew if they had an ETR.

kspool, I don't know about an ETR but this is not unusual for Carey at all. he says 7-10 days and it's usually more like 3-4 weeks. I know that at the last update I saw he had 192 inserts that needed to be made and at least 50 different changes that needed to be made to some of the listings already on the site. He also had several variations that needed adding and he has his full time job so all I can say is we are patiently waiting. must say that the update here are a lot quicker and smoother and more to be updated but he does a good job and when it is up and running it is one of the best sites of it's kind available. I've been checking daily too and it's just down for his maintance.

There is about 117 new cars listed now, but if I try to click on anything on the site it still shuts my internet down. Don't know what that means but I hope it stops doing that soon.

Yeah it doesn't work for me either. I login and it says it's down for maintenance. Been that way for months now on my end.

carey is still working on it. you can look around, but you just cant login yet. its should be up in the next couple of weeks.

I checked it on a neigbors computer and I could access it there, except for logging on. Must be my $2000 deck of cards.

My computer must be jacked. It still boots me off the net when I try to click on anything on the site. I even downloaded another browser (Mozilla) to try and see if it worked. Nope! So, I gotta sift through this piece of junk to see what happened.
