That most Jeff Gordon fans hate Dale Earnhardt Jr. and most Jr. fans hate gordon? I myself am a huge J. Gordon fan but have nothing against Junior. Just that his fans are too in your face all the time. Not trying to start anything just been wondering for awhile.

The two drivers are sorta rivals if you want to call them that. Every sport has rival teams, in hockey you got the Oilers and the Flames, the Avalanche and the Red Wings, Habs and the Leafs, and it goes on. Baseball of course the Sox and the Yankees. And of course if your a Yankees fan, you will think bad of the fans of the Sox. Just how it is I guess.

i don't dislike jr. he has little to say about what his fans think. but, his fans don't realize what little he's accomplished. for some reason they worship him like he's god. and like he's won 7 championships like his dad. he will be lucky to win one as it stands. he's yet to win the brickyard. and look, kenseth, stewart, johnson alone his age or younger have won championships, and more races. that's leaving out the jaretts, labontes, gordons, etc.

one of many reasons i've gone back to baseball and football as 1 ...2 in my sports now. i'm sick of jr. fans bragging over nothing. and blaming every other driver on the track when jr. makes a mistake. jr. isn't sr. and never will be. time to let it go folks!.

then in football you got the Pats and the Colts B-ball the Pacers and the pissed-ons and in football you got quite a few more like Minnesota and Green Bay

btw I do dislike the Pistons but I also dislike the Pacers I dislike NBA in general they are all a bunch of thugs, especially my former team the Pacers. Ever since Reggie left that team aint been worth a damn and I hope they move away from Indy or they just fire the entire team and start from scratch. I love my team but what they do is reflecting the whole state not just them. They better get there act straight because soon they'll be out of there and with their reputation they wont find anyone who wants them

That has something that has never really made sence to me. Both Dale Jr and Jeff Gordon rank in my top 10 all time favorite drivers.

There's just so much useless hate in the sport, it never has and probably never will make sence to me.

I don't get it either. I mean I like Jr but his fans are the problem. Jr never says anything bad about another driver and isn't afraid to own up when he screws up. Talladega last year realy opened my eyes on this. When the whole Vickers incident happened and they interviewed Jr right after it he just said it was one of them racin' deals. His fans are ready to go kill Vickers for that move and Jr is like "meh it's not big deal." Jr is not afrait to speak his mind either. If the car really sucks he tells ya when he's being interviewed. His expressions during interviews really let you know that he's frustrated and whatnot. As for Gordon I don't really like him. I've tried to like him but he just whines tooo much. Everytime he gets taken out he blames it on over agressive driving. He's too much of a goody goody and I don't like that.

I totally agree with what kwik said. Jr's fans think he is going to be the next best thing because after all he's an Earnhardt and his father won 7 championships. Wake up people Jr is not Sr. Sure the genes are the same but each man has his personal flaws. Also I don't think the tension between Jr and Teresa is helping the situation. Sometimes I feel bad for Jr for the way his fans act. Like at Talladega when Vickers won, all his fans were throwing bottles and garbage onto the track. You don't see Gordon fans throwing shit onto the track when Jr wins. But when Gordon wins at Chicago it's garbage city. I feel embarassed for Jr that his fans act like morons anytime r has a bad day.

These are my personal opinions on it.

Very well done. Jr is the coolest guy on the track, to be honest with you all he would be one of my top 5 or 10 favorites if it wasn't for some of his fans. The ones that throw beer bottles at other drivers and that throw rocks at the cars in the parking lot at the races with Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson stuff on it. There are decent Jr fans out there, some here, and I feel bad for the decent Jr fans with common sense and Jr himself, when he is an overall cool guy.

Those drunken morons are why I don't attend races. Why would I want to sit out in the blazing sun and humidity surrounded by thousands of idiots when I can be in the comfort of my air-conditioned home, with free food when I get hungry, no lines to the bathroom, instant replays and most importantly, No idiots??
